How A Lead Is Assigned

After we understand the rooms involved, Marcus or Elena names a lead. Kitchens usually sit with Priya, lighting questions with Adrian, and trim-heavy older homes with Jonah. Camille joins before the final week on every project so the punch list is not an afterthought.

You will not meet a rotating cast. The person who walks the house at the start is the person who walks it at the end.

Craft Partners

Tile, stone, and specialty finishing are done with a small circle of partners we have worked beside for years. They follow the same protection rules and the same daily reset. We do not auction your home to the lowest available crew.

If a trade must pause for drying or delivery, you hear it from the lead, with the revised day written down.
