Planning guides
These figures are planning guides for typical occupied-home projects. Stone, custom cabinetry, structural surprises, and long material lead times move the number. A written proposal follows measurements and approved samples. Nothing on this page is an invoice.

The first email exchange and a short planning call are part of how we decide if we are a fit. A measured site visit is scheduled when both sides want a proposal, and that visit is described before it is booked.
Cabinet construction, stone thickness, the distance plumbing must move, and whether the floor is level all change labor. A photograph cannot price a kitchen. A measured scope can.
Material orders begin after a written approval and the deposit named in that proposal. We do not order stone or cabinets from a website form.
Yes. Many Signature Home projects are split so a kitchen or a bath stays usable. Phasing is written into the schedule, not improvised on site.
