About our studio
GA Home Guide is a home improvement studio. We help households replace what is worn, rearrange what is awkward, and finish rooms so they look settled on the day we leave.
A project starts with the way you actually use the space: morning light, storage that never quite worked, a bath that feels cramped, a floor that has had enough. We write a clear scope, protect the rest of the home, and keep the sequence visible.
What we improve
Each service can stand alone or join a larger plan. We keep the palette, hardware, and lighting related so the house still feels like one home.

Why households stay
We specialize in occupied homes. Furniture stays covered, walkways stay open, and each trade knows what the next one needs. The result is a house that feels improved, not temporarily taken over.

A clear path
We walk the rooms with you, list what fails in daily use, and separate must-do repairs from finishes that can wait.
Drawings, samples, and a sequence come next, with a guide price and the order of trades written in plain language.
Work proceeds room by room. We protect paths, review finishes in daylight, and leave a punch list you can check.
Homeowner notes
“The kitchen stayed usable until the last weekend. Samples were judged in our own daylight, and the island finally fits the way we cook.”

“They treated a small bath like a full design problem: venting, niche, and a floor that does not feel cold. The punch list was short because the work was already tight.”

“Paint, floors, and lighting were sequenced so we never lived in a half-finished hall. The house looks related from the entry to the bedrooms.”

Tell us the room, the trouble, and the finish you hope for. We reply by email with the next useful step.
From the studio
A chip under shop light lies. We place three samples on the wall you will actually see at breakfast and again after dusk.

Squeaks, cupping, and worn finish each point to a different repair. Replacement is the right call only when the structure underneath agrees.
